Purchase and registration via mail only takes a couple of steps:

Fill out and sign a copy of the Disclaimer Form for each service purchased:

Please include a typed query letter with your submission.

can pay by either check or money order made payable to Script Delivery. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can fill in
our Mail-In Credit Card Form and send it in with your order.

Attach the registration
form, the release form, and the payment to your query letter and send to:
